DESCRIPTION
The Web Builder is a semi-automatic tool which allows a user,
not familiarized with the web programming, to develop in a few
minutes his own Internet site. This tool is thought to make
the access to new information and communication technologies
easier for the small and medium size entrepreneurs. It is understood
that the use of those tools is vital in the Foreign Trade world.
You will find a series of forms where there is the option of
choosing by colors and kind of pattern. The names of the sections,
its contents, as well as the language or languages in which
their site will be made, will also be defined.
